Norms are evolving.
News paths appear.
Mindsets are changing.
The future is now.
As societies constantly adapt to new realities, businesses must also reinvent themselves in order to stay relatable and attractive. The new generations will view the world and act differently from what we are used to. To stay ahead and keep excelling, leaders of tomorrow have no choice but to hear the voices of the future. Incorporating new perspectives is an essential component when connecting with clients and consumers alike.
Doing what we do best, a structured listening process with key stakeholders - the organizations of the future - we want to share with our community valuable knowledge from these organizations and what the future is like for them. This will make us grow together.
Loyal Future Insights is a monthly publication created by Loyal Ecosystem where we will envision the future of Business, Policy, Behavior and also the future of consulting.
Our main goal is to provide key insights by exploring these four questions:
(1) What is the future of business?
(2) What is the future of policy?
(3) What is the future of behavior?
(4) Who is the consultant of the future?
Loyal Team Members will elaborate on smart conversations with 10 future thinkers, aiming to further disclose what lies ahead.
Loyal Future Insights Edition #5
So, what will be the future of the businesses of the future? Ten future thinkers spoke to us and revealed their thoughts, and this is (a small bite) of the outcome.
The business of the future: Accountable damage
The multi-dimensional costs of production will become internalized to the product itself before regulation requires it. Businesses will change their habits in all dimensions of production according to human rights and environmental due diligence.
The behavior of the future: Eureka trap
Too many individuals still rely on and wait for the perfect idea, the perfect moment, the perfect decision. Because of this, they are stuck and keep procrastinating needed changes in their careers, or jobs, or lives.
The consultant of the future: Rubber ducking effect
The idea entails talking through and breaking down what you are aiming to achieve to an inanimate object (the rubber duck!). By doing so, you will run into a solution simply because you went out of your own head. Consultants of the future need to embody the rubber duck for their clients.
